I initially saw Dr. Donna last year for neck pain and ongoing ramifications from a fall years ago. I went for regular treatments over the course of about 3 months and had a lot of relief. I love that she is a “gentle” chiropractor and does not crack. I just started back up again as the symptoms have come back due to lifestyle and working out. It’s worth it to do interim treatments to try to stay in alignment throughout the year. She’s also very knowledgeable and intuitive about the body and makes great suggestions on your health journey! I have been getting adjusted by Donna for nearly 20 years. Contrary to what many people think, chiropractic care is ongoing as we use our bodies and live life continually. Chiro care is to be approached as maintenance of the body (and mind) much like you have to provide maintenance to your car to keep it running well.
